HOW TO REMOVE RUST FROM YOUR WORK-PIECE WITH COMBI FLAP WHEEL?

PROBLEM:
Rust occurs when iron or its alloys, such as steel, corrode. The surface of a piece of iron will corrode first in the presence of oxygen and water. Given enough time, any piece of iron will change entirely into rust and disintegrate.

WHAT IS COMBI FLAP WHEEL?
Abrasive combi flap wheel in flexible cloth and abrasive non-woven tested for various applications such as stainless steel, iron, steel, all-metal polishing, hard resin, wood. Produce in many different grains can be used in the standard application in all the surface finishing requirements.

OUR SOLUTION:
For rust removal and blending: abrasive grit in the more agressive range from 60 to 80 is optimal for rough work like rust removal and blending. Cleaning and finishing: Finer abrasive grit ranging in size from about 100 to 120 is suited to more delicate refining applications such as smoothing and matte finishing.
